Shipping times
Shipping times may vary by region but in general it’s:
• US & EU: 3–10 business days
• Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
• Other regions: 10–23 business days
Please, if you’re looking to buy a gift art, take into account extra 2–5 business days for printing and preparation, since each order is unique and printed on day to day basis.
Free worldwide shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping for many of our products, and cover a lot of destinations. For example, all posters will ship totally free globally, while larger framed canvases ship free to the US, EU, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. However, some regions may see an extra cost at checkout with some product variants.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include detailed photos of the damage/defect. If the package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days after your estimated delivery date.
Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellation because orders with submitted payments already end up in our production pipeline, and once production process has started, it is impossible to reverse the process. Please, buy with intent.
