Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — all our nymph paintings, pagan goddess prints, and fantasy wall art can ship worldwide. Posters are covered by our global free shipping. Larger framed prints and canvases may have extra costs in certain regions, but we cover most of our product shipping at no extra charge, specifically within EU, US, Canada, and Australia.
What sizes are available?
Our mythic art prints come in multiple sizes to perfectly fit your space. The most popular sizes are 12″×18″ and 20″×30″ posters, as well as larger 24″×36″ canvases for a statement piece, but we also offer a popular A2 (16.5″×23.3″) size for our European customers, so our standard print offerings can be ready to use with your own custom frames, globally. Naturally, every piece of artwork is scaled properly to preserve the original proportions — no stretching or cropping.
What is the difference between posters and canvases?
Posters are printed on premium matte paper — they are affordable, vibrant, and easy to frame, with a use of multicolor, water-based inkjet printing technique. Canvas prints are stretched, acid-free, PH-neutral, and fade-resistant, with texture and depth, providing a desired gallery feel. Framed canvas (our Collector’s Edition) adds a quality frame, with a luxury finish.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days, but delivery times may vary by region:
• US & EU: 3–10 business days
• Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
• Other regions: 10–23 business days, usually
Please, if you’re looking to buy a gift, take into account extra 2–5 business days for printing and preparation, since each order is unique and printed on day to day basis.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Our payments are processed securely and reliably.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, poster sizes and many of our middle-sized pieces ship for free with a standard shipping option, worldwide. For larger framed canvases, free shipping covers most countries (like EU, US, Canada, Australia, etc) but if you’re outside these shipping zones, a calculated shipping cost may apply — it will be shown at checkout. PS: Some of these costs may vary in response to global events.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We don’t accept returns for carelessly submitted orders. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, badly printed or defective, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us with proof within 14 days of delivery. For lost packages, the 14-day window starts from the estimated delivery date.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Immediately take photos of the damaged package and/or art print, and contact us. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Do you offer framed prints?
Yes! Many of our artworks are available as framed posters / framed canvas editions. Frames come in sleek black, ready to hang. They will be perfect decorations for your home or office spaces.
Who creates the artwork?
We work with independent and in-house artists. Our collection is completely original, not found anywhere else, inspired and fascinated by pagan folklore, ancient mythology, and the timeless allure of nymphs. We aspire to craft and share with our customers this fantastical dimension: the mythical, the dark, the sublime, and the ethereal qualities missing in mass-produced art.
Can I request a custom design?
At present time, we prefer to focus on our own curated collections. But if you’re looking for a specific type of nymph or pagan theme, or anything else that you think might be a good fit for our shop, feel free to reach out with your suggestions — we may include it in a future series.
