These Terms form part of the agreement between you (‘Customer’) and Nymph Artwork (‘we’, ‘us’) when using our website or purchasing products.

1. Products

Each print is unique and produced specifically for your order. Thus, the mockup images aren’t fully representative of the final product because minimal differences between different prints may occur, and each customer’s monitor settings may differ. Textures of a canvas or high-quality matte paper reflect light differently than monitor or phone screens. Nymph Artwork will ensure that prints meet all industry standards but smaller differences are not cause for unwarranted return.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely.

3. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on most posters and smaller formats. Larger canvases may ship free to the US, EU, Canada, and Australia. Other regions may require additional fees. Delivery times vary by region (see Shipping & Returns Policy).

4. Returns

We only accept returns if an item is defective or damaged. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

5. Cancellations

Orders are immediately submitted to our production pipeline and the process begins: once the production process starts, cancellations are not possible. Henceforth, it is not possible to cancel your order after payment.

6. Copyright & Usage

All artwork and content on this site are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any images without our permission.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or customs. You’re responsible for any customs that may arise, according to your local laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the principles of fair commercial practice and applicable international laws, without regard to conflicts of law.
